 PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS

                         No More Sexual Harassment, Abuse and Bullying In Schools

We combined and rearrange the solution given by each of group member. Based on step 3,in order to stop school bullying from keep happening, parents, school, student, government and community have their own role to play. In step 4 we will rearrange the solution based on the effectiveness of it. The most effective solution to stop school bullying is through parents. Parents play an important role in minimizing both unkind behaviours and the likehood of bullying because they have the most authorities towards their children. Hence, we conclude that parents play the most important role in order to prevent school bullying.

 The second best solution is through school.43.4% of children claim that they have experienced school bullying in school hallway and 42.1% have been victims of bullying in the classroom. Based on this data, it is acceptable to say that most of bullying happen at school. Hence, Schools must have a clear procedures and rules for the prevention of bullying  and creating a safe environment for student.  

Next, student are often in the best position to both prevent and stop bullying incident, including cyberbullying and other type of mistreatment. It is because student see, hear and know things adults don’t know about and they can intervene in a ways that adults can’t.  The second last solution is through government. It is because government don’t have direct contact with the victim of bully. However, they can enforce the law and punish the bully. The punishment towards school bully can’t solve the problem effectively as most of them are still underage.

Lastly, we decided to put community as the last best solution because they have less authorities to stop school bullying. Nowadays, society tend to kept their eyes closed to any mistreatment that involving other people. There are also only a few action can be done by the society to stop school bullying such as reporting the problem to their parents and so on. In conclusion community have less strength to prevent school bullying

	Parents
• Parents set an example for their children.  Therefore, parents should always set a good and exemplary example.  As the Malay proverb says, where does the gravy spill, if not on the rice?		• Negative things shown by parents to children, such as arguing, swearing, and domestic abuse.  Will cause children to behave rudely, easily swear and bully friends at school.
• Parents should take the time to give religious and moral education to their children.  With adequate religious education, children will have a strong fortress of faith in the face of a world full of challenges.		• Parents who are busy and do not have time to give religious and moral education to children will cause children to be easily influenced by negative and immoral things.
• Parents should monitor the behavior and monitor the activities of their children, so as not to associate with bad peers.		• Parents who are not impressed with their children's activities will cause children to easily get caught up in social problems among adolescents.  For example, robbery, snatching, adultery, and so on.
Schools
• The school can identify factors related to bullying in school.  At the same time can take measures to prevent bullying at school.		• No school is truly bully-free.  This is said so because bullying has many forms.  That is physically and emotionally.
• Schools can intervene efficiently and quickly in the event of bullying.  This is because in school students will be monitored by teachers and supervisors appointed by the school.		• Bullying persists despite school intervention.  In the meantime, cases of bullying may be worse if taken out of the school grounds.
• The school can establish a bullying prevention program in the school.  This is to curb cases of bullying in schools so that students love each other and respect each other.		• Such programs will not be well received.  This is because students with problems do not find such a program interesting and just a waste of time.  Therefore, they will prefer to skip school than attend such programs.
